1. Introduction
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the “Guess Where Are We?!” monthly competition hosted by https://www.facebook.com/thecaringconcierge and Buderim’s Best – The Caring Concierge. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Competition Period
The competition will run monthly, starting on the 1st day of each month, launched between 06:00 am and 06:00 pm Brisbane Timezone and ending on the last day of the month between 06:00 am and 06:00 pm Brisbane Timezone.
3. How to Enter
To enter the competition, you must:
Officially enter the competition using our competition form, entering your name, phone number and email address with your guess.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. Eligibility
This competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older. Employees and or contractors of The Caring Concierge, their immediate families and other associated businesses supporting the competition, are not eligible to enter.
5. Selection of Winner
On the first business day following the end of the competition month, the first correct answer, guessing the location of the image, as determined by The Caring Concierge, will be deemed as the winner selected from all valid entries. The winner will be notified via a tagged facebook post and a direct email.
6. Prize
The winner will be able to pick up a hamper from Kitchen Mojo at Buderim, containing various goods to the value of approximately $50. The specific contents of the hamper may vary.
7. Prize Claim
The winner must respond to the notification within 30 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in the prize being passed in.
8. Facebook & Google Business Profile Disclaimer
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Google. You understand that you are providing your information to The Caring Concierge and not to Facebook or Google.
9. General Terms
The Caring Concierge reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or that we suspect are fraudulent.
No cash alternative will be offered for the prize.
This competition is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
10. Your Data
We will only use your information to enter the competition to notify the winner and deliver the prize.
Your personal information will not be shared with any third party without your consent.

11. Winner Announcement
The winner’s name and guess will be announced on our Facebook page within 7 days of the competition closing and the winner will be emailed.
