2.3 We reserve the right to refuse to provide services to anyone at our discretion.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 The fees for our services are released upon request.
3.2 We accept payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer and cash.
3.3 All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.2 You will be refunded for any unused services.
6.3 We may cancel your service at any time if you breach these Terms or if we cannot provide the services you requested.

7.1 We are committed to providing our services in accordance with the NDIS Quality and Safety Standards. We understand that people with disabilities have the right to receive safe and high-quality support services.

8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland and New Sales Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland in any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
